Our purpose is to produce world class x-ray sources, spares and consumables in a time and cost efficient way while never compromising with the quality.
We are using LEAN principles as our guiding star. To be sure that we are handing over excellent quality to the next step in the flow, we practice standardized ways-of-working and the mindset “Right from me”. The work environment aimed for production is controlled by 5S and we have regular continuous improvements meetings for different teams. We work as one team, and the LEAN principles are applicable for all people and all tasks that we are working on.
Different people in the team are engaged in industrialization activities within the x-functional product development projects.
