Tell us about your job. 

It feels really exiting to join Excillum, we are truly a company on a journey, and it feels good to be onboard! My job is to work with continuous improvements of our released products and I´m leading and developing the Sustaining process at Excillum together with a great team. By working with these continuous improvements we improve the quality of our released products but also make the quality better of our new products. My work is also to collect data for our released products so we can follow what problems or improvements we should focus on next.

Your start with Excillum was during the corona pandemic. How was it starting a new job working remote?

For sure it´s challenging but Excillum have all the digital infrastructure to work remotely so it has hasn´t been a problem. At Excillum there are also some people in the production and office, so I have been able to meet some people live which have helped a lot. 

How would you describe the Excillum culture?

I would say that everyone is extremely passionate, and that people care about our product. People are helpful and just nice to work with.

We are looking for new people to our party committee, if you would be on that team, what social activities would you like to introduce?

 Pentathlon (femkamp) with mixed groups from all functions, maybe as a yearly challenge. Now in corona times maybe divide us into smaller groups and go out for dinner/lunch and when possible, it would just be nice to have an AW at the office.
