In my role my main task is to assemble the system. In addition to this, I work to improve the process through work with structures in working methods and improvements in the production environment and more. I will also take on the role as safety officer, representing my colleagues in the safety and work environment. I love my job and the challenges it offers, there is much to learn and discover.
What does it take to be a skilled assembler?
To become a skilled assembler requires curiosity, lots of patience and courage to see failures as a possibility to grow. It is also important to know how to handle tools and materials correctly and always strive to deliver high quality.
You have very long experience from other industries, what do you bring that can help us improve our manufacturing operations?
The fact that I have a long and broad experience of different types of industries and thus seek ideas broadly to solve problems, I think my experience can be very helpful in the work of shaping Excillum's own path in the future.
You just got your hunting license, congrats! What else do you do to enjoy and relax?
Thanks! Yes, there I turned a thought into reality and it feels really good. It enriched me with a lot of new and useful knowledge.
When I do not get lost in the woods, a large part of the time goes to the family, but when given the opportunity, I like to relax with drawing and doing crafts, playing games or taking long walks.
Thank you Minna, it is great to have you here!
